Our Dedicated Employability Coach
At Fareport, we know career journeys are rarely straightforward — which is why we have a dedicated Employability Coach to guide and support our learners.
Sam brings over a decade of experience in education, employability, and careers advice, working with people from all walks of life — from school leavers and career changers to business leaders. Her approach is simple: break down barriers, build confidence, and help learners see opportunities where they might only see obstacles.
Through coaching, CV and interview support, career exploration and skills guidance, Sam empowers apprentices to reflect on their strengths, explore new possibilities, and progress with confidence.
Her mission is clear: to ensure every learner feels supported, motivated, and ready to take the next step in their career.
