Appeals are in place if a learner is dissatisfied with an assessment decision made by their Trainer or Awarding body - the appeal is based on the assessment process, i.e. planning, assessment of work, feedback or progression). A complaint is very different to an appeal - it is classified as an "expression of dissatisfaction" concerning Fareport Training or it's staff members behaviour or conduct. Constructive feedback is always welcome at Fareport Training as we seek to grow and improve our training provision.
