Appeals are in place if a learner is dissatisfied with an assessment decision made by their Trainer or Awarding body - the appeal is based on the assessment process, i.e. planning, assessment of work, feedback or progression). A complaint is very different to an appeal - it is classified as an "expression of dissatisfaction" concerning Fareport Training or it's staff members behaviour or conduct. To make an appeal or a complaint, please read through our policy above and follow the stages detailed.
Constructive feedback is always welcome at Fareport Training as we seek to grow and improve our training provision.
