Refer a friend bonus scheme
We reward our current learners who recommend us to colleagues, family or friends through our bonus scheme.
We are offering a bonus of £100 for every individual you introduce us to who subsequently joins one of the following apprenticeships:
Business Administrator – Level 3
Leadership and Management – Level 3 or 5
Procurement – Level 3 or 4
Project Management - Level 4
Human Resources – Level 3 or 5
Buying and Merchandising – Level 4 or 6
Health and Social Care – Level 4 or 5
Retail Manager – Level 4
Learning and Development – Level 3 or 5
Fundraiser – Level 3
Learning Mentor – Level 3

Individuals may be friends, relatives or work colleagues. They must be employed in a relevant area (see above) and be keen to undertake a training programme with us. We train people of all ages through Apprenticeships – whether a new or more experienced member of staff. As long as we can reach agreement with their employer, and they start training with us and complete the first 6 weeks of training you will receive a cash bonus of £100.
The more friends you refer, the more you receive!
NB. If Fareport currently work with this employer and your friend is already in their identified pool for apprenticeships this bonus will not apply.
How does the bonus scheme work?

We will follow up all introductions and advise you if the introduction has been successful.
We will pay you £100 by bank transfer for each individual who starts an Apprenticeship with us (and who completes the first six weeks in training).
