The cost structure is as follows:

• Unemployed individuals, sole traders, freelancers, or business owners without employees: The course (worth £2,740) is fully funded by Hampshire County Council (HCC)
• Businesses with 1-250 employees: Employers contribute 10% (£274) per employee, with the remaining 90% funded by HCC
• Businesses with 250+ employees: Employers contribute 30% (£822) per employee, with the remaining 70% funded by HCC
