The Qualification
This qualification is to prepare you to teach/train in a wide range of contexts and develop your practical teaching skills.
The course is designed as a bespoke course taking into consideration the "work time and home time" of a candidate.
To achieve the Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training you must achieve a minimum of 36 credits: 21 from the mandatory units and 15 from the optional units, to reach a total of 36 credits.
Who is this course for?
This qualification is suitable for a range of candidates including:
Candidates who are not currently teaching or training but who can meet the observed and assessed practice requirements of the qualification.
Candidates who are currently teaching/training (including those who have just begun teaching and training) who can meet the practice requirements, including the observed and assessed requirements of the qualification.
Candidates currently working as Assessors who wish to achieve a teaching qualification.
The objective of this qualification is to confirm occupational competence in a teaching role within the workplace.
