Customer Testimonials

Real experiences, real success—hear from our learners and employers about how our training programmes have made a difference.

Recently completed my QCF Level 5 in leadership and managing a service. I haven’t completed any qualifications for many years. My assessor Tammie was a fountain of knowledge. Tammie was supportive and really approachable. Although hard work, I found my QCF enjoyable and often looking forward to working on it. I achieved a really good final result. Thank you Tammie for all your support and continuous guidance throughout my QCF. You are an absolute credit to Fareport.

Apprenticeships

Kept up to date with progress of employees through the reviews that are carried out. A key strength was the knowledge of assessors.

“The trainers were very knowledgeable and were always happy to help or book in some time to go through anything I didn’t understand. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fareport for the CIPD level 5. I was pleased with the initial induction, the learning experience and the trainers throughout.”

I joined the apprenticeship in May 2016 at Verwood Surgery, completing a Level 2 in Business Admin. With support from my mentor, I gained valuable skills and have since trained as a Healthcare Assistant. I’m now continuing my learning journey.
