About Us 
Fareport Training Organisation Ltd was established in 1981, and has been a privately owned limited company since 1986. The head office is based in Fareham, Hampshire, with other training centres Fareham and Gosport. 
 
Throughout this period the organisation has expanded and developed its provision and was extremely proud when in 2000 our Managing Director Mick Reeve was awarded an MBE for his work with Disaffected and Disadvantaged Young People in Hampshire. The organisation is now one of the largest Work Based Learning Providers for Hampshire and Isle of Wight delivering qualifications from High level management awards (including Level 4 and specialist awards) through to entry level (for those who need assistance with literacy and numeracy). Fareport Training has grown to meet the needs of the wider community that it serves and we continues to strive for excellence in all of our delivery work.  
 
We pride ourselves upon understanding the diverse and ever-changing needs of both learners and employers alike and offer a range of services to support organisational and individual development. Fareport Training offers a variety of training solutions across the board, from our entry to employment programme; supporting young people aged 16-19 to achieve their potential and progress into their chosen vocational area, Apprenticeships, NVQ's and bespoke training solutions for businesses. 
 
With Apprenticeships and Train to Gain qualifications remaining high on the Governments agenda we continually strive to offer quality and industry-specific Apprenticeships and NVQ's regardless of age, status or ability. Through working closely with employers we also recognise the need for shorter more specialised training and we are able to offer short courses and certificates to meet business needs.
