With over 12 years of experience in training and management, I bring a unique blend of hands-on leadership expertise and educational excellence to this management training course. Beginning my career as a Nursery Nurse in 2003, I quickly advanced into management roles and achieved a Level 5 qualification in 2011. Since then, I’ve worked across various sectors, childcare, sales, manufacturing, law, and corporate environments, which means I have a wealth of cross-industry knowledge to share with learners.

As an assessor and curriculum designer, Suzi has worked with diverse learners, delivering high-level training and leadership programmes, including the Leadership Programme for St. Helens Council.
