She brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the retail sector, having held various management roles across diverse settings. 

Marsha-Jean is highly qualified in the field of education and training, having completed her AET (Award in Education and Training), CET (Certificate in Education and Training), DET (Diploma in Education and Training), and a Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher apprenticeship. Her expertise and commitment to professional development enable her to effectively support and empower learners to achieve their goals.
