Lead Adult Care Workers are frontline professionals who support adults to live safely, independently, and with choice, while also providing supervision and day-to-day leadership. For employers, this role develops confident staff who can lead teams, work autonomously, and exercise sound judgement to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Lead Adult Care Workers will in some circumstances have delegated responsibility for the standard of care provided and may supervise the work of other care workers.
