Fareport have worked with Numada for many years and in the last 3 years have supported learners to achieve their Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship. This case study relates to the latest group cohort of 4 learners based at one of their sites.

Pivotal Homes provide housing solutions and commissioned services for homeless people in Bournemouth. They were seeking a way of retaining staff by helping them develop skills and qualifications during their time with us.

Novatech, founded in 1987 and based in Portsmouth, delivers custom computer hardware and IT managed services to businesses and individuals across the UK.

Rashida’s apprenticeship journey with Fareport helped her build confidence, develop essential leadership skills, and progress from Support Worker to Senior Support Worker. With personalised support throughout her programme, she balanced work and study while strengthening her passion for making a real difference in people’s lives.

Fareport have been working with Blackhaus Developments for several years delivering Apprenticeships. This has helped them to build a confident workforce within their business.

We have been working with the Southern Co-Op since 2018. We are on our 6th cohort for Retail Team leader. All learners are in the roles such as assistant or manager for this programme.

Fareport deliver various Apprenticeships for Hampshire County Council. We believe working with local businesses and councils are vital to ensure a skilled workforce in the county.

We have been working closely with Selfridges to create bespoke and personalised training that is relevant to their business and staff. We are also helping to develop progression routes for Level 3 and 4 programmes.

Fareport have worked with Langdale Nursing Home for several years and supported learners to achieve their apprenticeship across a range of levels.

Fareport have been running the apprenticeship programme at Bicester Village since April 2015 and have worked with learners across brands including Ralph Lauren, All Saints, Jimmy Choo, Armani, Charles Tyrwhitt, and Hackett.

In the Summer of 2014 the Theo Paphitis Retail Group (TPRG) committed to offering Apprenticeships to new recruits through to management. Nearly 200 Apprentices have started on a variety of programmes including Leadership and Management, Retail, Warehousing, Business Admin and Customer Service.

Since working with Southampton County Council, our programmes have received very positive feedback allowing us to add additional qualifications to our contract.

Fareport have been working with East of England Co-Op for over 5 years on Retail Apprenticeships level 3 & 4. They have a set introduction to the apprenticeship programme where they have formal meetings with Learning and Development.
