Baz joined Fareport in March 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in education across diverse settings, including the Ministry of Defence, Further Education colleges, and Adult and Community Education. His passion for learning, shaped by his own educational journey, has driven his commitment to enhancing educational outcomes for all learners.

Recognised for his expertise and extensive track record, Baz also serves as a part-time Ofsted inspector. He is dedicated to ensuring that learning is engaging, effective, and accessible to all.
