Eligible participants must:

• Be aged 19 years or older on 31st August 2024
• Live in the Solent area of Hampshire
• Be unemployed and actively seeking work or planning to change careers to work in care
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have maintained UK residency for the last 3 years
• Not have started a Skills Bootcamp in the last 12 month
