Eligible participants for the Leadership & Management Skills Bootcamp must:

• Be aged 19 or older on 31st August 2025
• Live within the area the Skills Bootcamp is being offered
• Be employed, a business owner or unemployed & looking for new management or supervisory opportunities
• Have the right to work in the UK and have maintained UK residency for the last 3 years
