Skills Bootcamp funding for Oxfordshire employers

Cost contribution is by employer size.

For SME’s (fewer than 250 employees): Pay 10% of course fees, with 90% funded by the DfE via Enterprise Oxfordshire

For larger organisations (250+ employees): Pay 30%, with the remaining 70% funded by the DfE

Note: Each employee is eligible for one funded Skills Bootcamp per year (April–March).

Eligibility criteria 

To qualify for subsidised training, employees must:

  • Reside within the Oxfordshire region
  • Be aged 19 or over as of 31 August 2025
  • Hold the legal right to work in the UK
  • Have lived in the UK for the past three consecutive years
  • Work for an employer that meets the contribution criteria (10% for SMEs, 30% for larger employers)
