I needed more education to advance my career. Though challenging, my assessor kept me going. The management courses helped me rise to shift manager, where I now manage 40+ people, overseeing their welfare, health, safety, and career paths.
I feel the course helped me prepare for my current role. I have been able to use all the skills I learnt in my day to day work. I always had continuous support throughout. I am very thankful for having an amazing tutor.
The programme opens you up to the business, helping you build relationships with team members you might not meet otherwise. It’s not easy, but the effort pays off. You get out what you put in!
I’ve completed three levels of apprenticeship in Health and Social Care, progressing from Care Assistant to Deputy Manager. The support from Fareport helped me grow my career, and now I aim to become an assessor to support others.

My trainer Tammie Clark was awesome. I am grateful that HCC provided me to study with Fareport – I would say I am blessed that I was able to get good teachers for my level 5, English, and Maths; Tammie, Rosie and Emily.
Easy to understand tasks which have been set, the supervisor is always helpful and eager to support you when you have troubles.
My trainer Johanna was brilliant throughout. She was so supportive and was always there when I needed her. We talked about what future role I could do, and as I was completing my apprenticeship I was promoted to HR Officer/Generalist. I would maybe do HR Level 7 at some point.
