I enjoyed modules on Communication, Managing People, and Self-Awareness, which applied directly to my role. Sandra was incredibly supportive, motivating, and helped me push my limits. I couldn’t have achieved my diploma without her support.

The course was very good, very informative. The trainer was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course. Even when I was feeling I couldn’t do it, Nicola was there to support me through and encourage and reassure.
I’ve enjoyed learning new theories and evaluating my work. Being person-centred has been key as I’m about to become a CQC centre manager. Zoe’s support was brilliant, flexible, and made the NVQ enjoyable.
I completed my NVQ Level 3 in Adult Care with Fareport and couldn’t be happier. The training was thorough, hands-on, and supported by an excellent tutor, Tammie. Thanks to Fareport and Thorngate Churcher Trust, I’m confident in my career ahead.
I’ve enjoyed being part of a group during the apprenticeship. Our WhatsApp chat helps with assignments, and hearing others’ experiences adds value. It also provides networking opportunities and a chance to learn from fundraisers in different roles.
I found the course enjoyable, especially the knowledge assignments and learning different theories. The 1-to-1 sessions with my trainer and the EPA interviews were beneficial. The support was excellent, and the course was well-structured.
