My apprenticeship with Fareport was great, especially sharing the experience with a colleague. Regular feedback, meetings, and Onefile helped my development. Fareport’s support and training materials made a huge difference to my skills and confidence.
I joined the apprenticeship in May 2016 at Verwood Surgery, completing a Level 2 in Business Admin. With support from my mentor, I gained valuable skills and have since trained as a Healthcare Assistant. I’m now continuing my learning journey.
This course improved my skills and decision-making. The support from my trainer, Emma, helped me stay focused, organized, and balanced. Her guidance reshaped my perspectives, and I’m grateful for her hard work and dedication.
I really enjoyed doing the story boards and showcasing my best work. I learnt so much with booklets and it’s made me a stronger worker.
My favourite aspect were the workshops at Lakeside which were very good, well structured and planned. Great standard of workshops and support throughout.
As I was relatively new to a managerial role, this apprenticeship helped to develop and solidify my skills and knowledge in a way I was able to directly implement in my work and team. I started with Fareport half-way through my apprenticeship and my trainer helped to make the transition as seamless as possible, working closely with me so than nothing slipped through the gaps. Lisa was excellent, especially considering there was a huge transition from coming across from elsewhere and not having completed my training at Fareport.
I enjoyed modules on Communication, Managing People, and Self-Awareness, which applied directly to my role. Sandra was incredibly supportive, motivating, and helped me push my limits. I couldn’t have achieved my diploma without her support.
