The most enjoyable element were the training sessions. I’ve found the work very interesting and I’ve been very well supported by my trainer Andy, he’s brilliant!
The trainers I had were both amazing! They supported me throughout not only with the course but what was happening at work and what was happening in my life as well. I felt valued and listened to by the staff at Fareport.
This course improved my skills and decision-making. The support from my trainer, Emma, helped me stay focused, organized, and balanced. Her guidance reshaped my perspectives, and I’m grateful for her hard work and dedication.
After completing the Retail Skills Level 2 Apprenticeship at The Range, I gained the Team Leading Level 2 qualification. This helped me secure a supervisory role and build confidence. Now, I’m completing Level 3 in Management and have been promoted to run my own department.
The best part was the support in preparing for exams and KSBs. Richard’s communication was ideal, boosting my confidence. I always felt supported and could easily access help whenever needed throughout my apprenticeship.
Easy to understand tasks which have been set, the supervisor is always helpful and eager to support you when you have troubles.
Kerry-Anne said her highlight of the programme was the “professional discussions with my trainer – it was useful to have validation that your knowledge is secure and to talk through examples and receive feedback.
