Natalie joined Fareport Training in 2014 and leads our Board and strategic growth plan.

Natalie is experienced in developing employer-led programmes, setting up high quality training teams and improving operational and financial performance.

Before entering the world of learning and training Natalie delivered change projects in Deloitte Consulting, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and John Lewis.
