I enjoyed modules on Communication, Managing People, and Self-Awareness, which applied directly to my role. Sandra was incredibly supportive, motivating, and helped me push my limits. I couldn’t have achieved my diploma without her support.

Being part of a cohort has been really useful. Hearing how other charities work has provided great examples for reports and the workplace. It helps me understand the work better and recall examples to share from what we’ve learned.
I’ve enjoyed being part of a group during the apprenticeship. Our WhatsApp chat helps with assignments, and hearing others’ experiences adds value. It also provides networking opportunities and a chance to learn from fundraisers in different roles.
I chose an apprenticeship to develop IT office skills and change careers. Working full-time while learning is great, with support from my manager and trainer. I recommend apprenticeships for gaining skills and valuable experience.
The course is an excellent way of gaining skills and experience that employers are looking for.
Recently completed my QCF Level 5 in leadership and managing a service. I haven’t completed any qualifications for many years. My assessor Tammie was a fountain of knowledge. Tammie was supportive and really approachable. Although hard work, I found my QCF enjoyable and often looking forward to working on it. I achieved a really good final result. Thank you Tammie for all your support and continuous guidance throughout my QCF. You are an absolute credit to Fareport.
They are really engaging and relevant sessions. The tutor is really supportive, flexible around our complex shift patterns and is giving the apprentices insightful feedback, which is fuelling their commitment and progress.
If you’re passionate, you’ll put in the work to achieve great results. Support is available at every step, from colleagues to management. I learned to focus on my own performance, as a manager, it’s easy to forget about personal development.
