My apprenticeship, trainer, and colleagues have supported me, boosting my confidence. The best part has been networking opportunities, which helped me build rapport with different departments and take on new challenges.
I was a receptionist, but my employers saw more potential. I completed an apprenticeship with Fareport, and it’s boosted my confidence and knowledge. Sarah was an amazing support, and I passed with distinction!
As I was relatively new to a managerial role, this apprenticeship helped to develop and solidify my skills and knowledge in a way I was able to directly implement in my work and team. I started with Fareport half-way through my apprenticeship and my trainer helped to make the transition as seamless as possible, working closely with me so than nothing slipped through the gaps. Lisa was excellent, especially considering there was a huge transition from coming across from elsewhere and not having completed my training at Fareport.
The best part was the support in preparing for exams and KSBs. Richard’s communication was ideal, boosting my confidence. I always felt supported and could easily access help whenever needed throughout my apprenticeship.
The most enjoyable element were the training sessions. I’ve found the work very interesting and I’ve been very well supported by my trainer Andy, he’s brilliant!
The most enjoyable part was completing practical tasks related to my job. It helped with EPA prep and reflection on my learning at ALDI. The training layout was clear, and the Principles of Buying applied well to my role.
I chose an apprenticeship to develop IT office skills and change careers. Working full-time while learning is great, with support from my manager and trainer. I recommend apprenticeships for gaining skills and valuable experience.
