I’m grateful for my apprenticeship with Fareport. It helped me diversify my skills and grow personally. With Andy’s support, I earned a Business Administration Level 3 Distinction and now work as HR/Board Administrator for Fareport.

I joined Fareport in 2007 through their E2E programme and completed NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. With their support, I completed Level 3 in 2010. Now, I help others pursue careers in Health and Social Care.
The apprenticeship has been full of ups and downs, but worth it. It’s given me valuable industry knowledge. My top tip for the End Point Assessment: be organised, prepared, and create a clear plan. Give it your all to succeed!
I completed my NVQ Level 3 in Adult Care with Fareport and couldn’t be happier. The training was thorough, hands-on, and supported by an excellent tutor, Tammie. Thanks to Fareport and Thorngate Churcher Trust, I’m confident in my career ahead.
Thank you, Fareport, for the amazing support over the years. I’m proud to have studied with you and now have a full-time job at University Hospital Southampton. I’m also applying to the emergency department. Please extend my thanks to your staff!

I’ve been studying for a Warehouse and Logistics Level 2 NVQ for a year at Learning Links, gaining new skills and responsibilities as a health & safety officer and mentor. The apprenticeship has given me knowledge and confidence to pursue promotion.
This qualification helped me learn on the job, gaining new skills and exploring career options. My apprenticeship led to a full-time Administration Officer role at No Limits, benefiting both me and the organisation.
