Our in-depth Hull Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamp course equips you with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to succeed in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. You’ll learn how to identify and connect with your audience, build a compelling brand presence, and confidently navigate key digital marketing platforms and strategies.

Duration:104 hours over 14 weeks
Timings:Takes place one day per week, from 9.00am to 5.00pm, over the course of 14 weeks - with frequent breaks throughout the day.
Study Modes:Delivered entirely online through live group sessions and interactive exercises, along with individual coaching sessions with your trainer.
Qualifications and Level:Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamp certificate of completion from Fareport Training & Hull City Council / Hull Training & Adult Education
Entry requirements:

To take part, you must be 19 or older as of 31st August 2025, reside in Hull, and be a sole trader, freelancer, business owner, or currently employed. You’ll also need to have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK continuously for the past three years. Please note, you must not have enrolled in a Skills Bootcamp within the last 12 months.

Cost:If you're a sole trader, freelancer, or run a business with no employees, the full course fee is covered by Hull City Council. For businesses with 1-250 employees, a 10% employer contribution is required, with the remaining 90% funded by the council. Companies with more than 250 employees must contribute 30%, while the council covers the remaining 70%. Please note, all funding is dependent on meeting the full eligibility criteria.

Are you a Hull resident aged 19 or over looking to boost your digital marketing abilities? Our Hull Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamp is designed with you in mind! For sole traders, freelancers, and the self-employed, the course is fully funded. If you’re currently employed, you can still join with support from your employer, who will need to cover either 10% or 30% of the fee, depending on the size of the company.

Module 1: Foundations Of Digital Marketing


In the first week, we commence your journey in digital marketing with our “Foundations of Digital Marketing” module. This crucial part of the course covers the key concepts and strategies that underpin successful digital campaigns. You will learn about the digital landscape, the importance of strategic planning, and the tools required to engage and convert your audience effectively. With this solid foundation, you will be well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the digital world and create impactful marketing initiatives.
