Based in the Solent region & currently looking for work? If you’re ready to step into a rewarding career in retail, our fully-funded Retail Skills Bootcamp offers a practical pathway to employment. How Skills Bootcamp Funding Works For Solent Employers

If you’re considering enrolling team members in a Skills Bootcamp, here’s what you need to know about funding eligibility:

Funding Breakdown By Business Size

Small and medium sized companies in the Solent region (with under 250 employees): Pay only 10% of the training cost per participant. The remaining 90% is DfE-funded via the Solent Growth Partnership

Larger companies in the Solent region (with 250+ employees): Contribute 30%, with the remaining 70% covered by the DfE via the Solent Growth Partnership

Note: Employees can only participate in one funded Skills Bootcamp between April 1 and March 31 each year.
