We introduced workshops at Southampton City Council for L2 and L3 learners and received very positive feedback. During Covid we set these up remotely.

We have honest and open conversations with all parties to ensure they understand the commitment involved including the requirement for 20% off the job training. We hold briefing sessions with line managers and mentors.
