Quality & Development Manager

Responsibilities and Duties 
 
Based at our Head Office in Fareham Hampshire you will be responsible for: 
 
• Leading on Quality processes and informing the continuous development of quality procedures 
• Lead IQA for the organisation and ensuring quality in all aspects of its provision 
• Act of Head of Centre for all Awarding Organisations and End Point Assessment Organisations. 
• Responsible for development and delivery of staff training, including evaluation and reporting of all training and development/ CPD activities 
• Responsible for monthly evaluation, reporting and completion of Additional Learning Support claims for apprenticeship learners 
 
Qualifications and Skills 
 
• Experienced Assessor/ IQA who hold the D32/33/A1//V1/TAQA qualifications 
• Teaching qualification desirable DTLLS/ DET/ QTLS etc 
• Educated to degree level desirable although not essential 
• Strong literacy/communication and numeracy skills to A level standard or equivalent along with good ICT skills 
• Level 5 or above Management or relevant Qualification 
• Must have excellent written and presentation skills and be able to produce high quality learning resources for internal and external use 
• Must also be able to work as part of a team and display appropriate leadership skills

• As an IQA, you will be actively involved in Observations of Teaching and Learning of Trainer 
• Lead on all in year Learner and Employer surveys 
• Supporting Staff Training Sessions are required 
• General IQA responsibilities as required 
 
Qualifications and Skills
