Posts from January 2025

As we step into a brand-new year, many people find themselves reflecting on their career paths and setting goals for the future. January is a popular time for job searches, and if you’re looking for an exciting, in-demand field to enter, data analytics could be the perfect choice. But how do you stand out in this competitive industry? One answer could be achieving the Level 4 Diploma: Data Analyst
As we kick off 2025, there has never been a better time to upskill and prepare for the career of your dreams. With a rapidly evolving job market, higher technical qualifications (HTQs) have become an essential pathway for individuals looking to gain industry-relevant skills and qualifications that meet employer demands. We are offering 2 HTQs - the Level 4 Diploma: Data Analyst and the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Operational Management. Both have cohorts running in the first half of this year with spaces still available for a January start – plus they are still available at subsidised prices!
At Fareport Training, we believe that the more informed you are, the better decisions you can make. To help with this, we’ve compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions. We hope this answers any queries you may have. However, if there's anything else you'd like to know, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’re here to help!
Apprenticeships are much more than completing a standard or achieving a qualification. They are an excellent way of gaining workplace experience, understanding how a business works, improving personal and social skills and starting or progressing in a career in a chosen field.

Changes to the rules in recent years mean that apprenticeships are now open to anyone who is eligible to work in the UK and who has not already completed the training or qualifications they need to effectively carry out their role or a new role. An apprenticeship must contain significant new learning.

Offering apprenticeships or hiring new apprentices is a productive and effective way for businesses to grow their own talent by developing a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. Apprenticeships increase business productivity, which leads to increased profits, lower prices, achievement, improved confidence and new soft skills such as time management and self-awareness.
