Southern Co-Op Apprenticeship Case Study We have been working with the Southern Co-Op since 2018. We are on our 6th cohort for Retail Team leader. All learners are in the roles such as assistant or manager for this programme. In late 2019 we also started a cohort on the Retailer Level 2 programme for more junior colleagues. The programmes here are supported very closely by Linda Masterman from the Coop. We meet with Linda monthly to discuss learner progress and any feedback from both sides.
