A Foundation Learning Trainer
Ref FT F-02
To assist the present team the following skills are required:
(Full training will be given)
- Ability to communicate and interact with young people
- Help young people to develop Functional Skills
- Ability to work with young people with diverse needs and abilities
- Monitor and assess trainee progress
- Ability to work with employers as you will be reviewing learners on work placements
- An interest in developing young people towards a nationally recognised qualification
- Strong interest in personal on-going development
- Work as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and maintain standards
- A1 (D32/D33), or training qualification an advantage
Term Time Learner Support Assistant
8-4pm Monday - Friday
Ref FT F-03
Due to the expansion of our 14-16 provision we are seeking flexible individuals to assist the present team, the following skills are required:
(Full training will be given)
- Good basic IT Skills and general education
- Ability to communicate with 14-19 year age group
- A team player with a positive approach
- Training or assessing qualifications an advantage
Experience not essential but individuals must be committed to the development of this challenging client group. All posts are subject to Enhanced CRB Clearance
