Jane King has been working with Fareport Training Organisation for the past 8 years within the specialist area of Equality and Diversity. She also gives support and advice relating to Employment Law. 

Jane has over 25 year’s expertise and has worked within the public, private and voluntary sectors before establishing her own consultancy business, King Partners, in 1995. 

King Partners are responsible for the advice and support offered via the FTO helpline (ftohelp@aol.com) to employers, learners and employees of Fareport Training. The helpline is confidential and independent with growth of usage year on year of 50-100% which supports Fareport’s commitment to ensuring their service is responsive to meet the needs of the employers, their business and workforce.

At Fareport, we monitor our staff breakdown against local demographics to try and ensure that we are reflecting the needs of the communities we serve. 

 

In order to support and promote equality & diversity we are actively involved with local community groups, youth services and councils. We also attend cultural diversity and well-being meetings in both Fareham and Gosport.
